Changed your mind?
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

Once you've notified us that you would like a refund - you can return your non-perishable items to us as long as they’re in original condition. We can not cover postage costs for products that aren’t damaged, so please return these to us on a tracked service within 14 days of notifying us. Inside the parcel, please make sure you include:

  • Your order number
  • Item you’re returning
  • Reason for the return
  • Enough packaging to keep the item safe on its way back to us

We won't be able to refund you if the product has been damaged on the way back to us due to insufficient packaging.

If you’re returning something to us, please send us an email to hello@thegoodkindgrocery.com with your tracking number. We will not be able to refund items that are not resellable (for example, the packaging is damaged) unless they're faulty or were damaged when they arrived with you.

 

Something wrong with your order?

If a product is damaged, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order. Send us an email to hello@thegoodkindgrocery.com and we'll sort things out for you. Please let us know your order number and take photos of the damaged products.

If we need you to return anything, we'll pay the cost of this, so contact us to organise your personalised return label.
